Do you have to have a GPS signal to set up vertical nav on Skyview. I don't have MAP SETUP>VS REQ'D as a menu item?

You don't need to have an external GPS, if that's what you mean. It will work with our map, which does require a GPS signal from our own (or another connected) GPS.

Which system? Which software version?

After the last update 15.4.7 I get no vertical nav information. What menu items do I need to set this up. I have Skyview classic installed about 10 years and got vertical nav set up 1000 over destination airport but no longer get this information

Interesting. Looking into this with the development team. It may have been removed in favor of the updated glideslope-based guidance.

hello everybody , i live in france , and since the last update, march 2021, on my hdx , i don't arrive to have the submenu Vs REQ's , so I can't enable the Vnav , maybe somebody know a solution , thanks so much for your help . Charly
