After installing the latest software & Pocket FMS all is now working fine other than having to ACCEPT on the MAP page every time i boot up, is this correct?

Yep. And 5.1, which comes out this week, will fix that behavior (you'll still need to hit ACCEPT to use the map features, but you'll be able to see the map before that)

The "ACCEPT" indicates that you don't have a license, so be aware that you will lose the map after 30 hours of flying.
