You should have this from Dynon with the purchase of the Mapping option, then you need to redeem this to get the License code see http://dynonavionics.com/docs/SkyView_Certificate_Redemption.html
The 'certificates' (on blue paper) are either shipped with the unit, if bought at same time, or issued separately. Maybe this procedure has changed ?
