Mic gain problems

Hi all,

Have purchased a new aircraft with Dynon Skyview and comms which receives transmissions really well but when I transmit my readability is less than 3. I have tried adjusting mic gain in settings but still no improvement. Any ideas for a solution would be appreciated.

Maybe your headset? Wiring?

My experience has been with customer installs that the SV - COM's have been way above their pay grade. So something is not right. Usually grounding, so check that first.

Check if input wires of mic are inverted

Thanks, I will look at wiring, have tried different headsets and that made no difference.
