Missing audio warnings

I have a dual Skyview (firmware 4.0.0), left one has backup battery. I use this left display on battery power for engine start. Then I switch on the avionic master which also powers up the right screen.
Recently I am missing the audio warnings. When I reboot the left screen (didn´t try on the right one) all is ok again.

Any ideas? Should I reload the firmware? Can this disturb the other files on the system?

Do you have the audio out from both SkyViews hooked up to your audio panel or intercom? If you don't do this you will experience what you are describing.

Yes I have. I connected Pin 13 and 31 from both display harnesses together, so four wires coming together going to the audio mixer.
It worked at the beginning, just recently I noticed the missing audio.

So behind the scenes, only one display is only ever outputting audio. If that display's audio lines aren't connected, or if you have changed anything procedurally about the order that you turn on the displays, that may have the non-working display trying to output audio for the first time (in other words, you may have always gotten lucky and the "working" display was always the one outputting audio). Try the following, from each display:

Goto SETUP MENY > SYSTEM SETUP > AUDIO SETUP > VOLUME CONTROL / TEST. When that menu item is highlighted, you should hear "Dynon Avionics" looped over and over again. In this test case, the audio comes from only the display that is in the setup menu.

Same scenario as Supercub. When I originally set it all up both displays worked. I thought to test this and same situation. Verified that the wires are connected for both displays but only the primary display has audio nothing heard when I go to the secondary display setup "test"
The connection is solid and was working originally.
