Missing storage device message

Hi Dynon support
After 18 month without any problem, I can not start up my SV
Today.
I have the following message :
CORRUPT OR MISSING STORAGE DEVICE. CONTACT DYNON

I tried to boot up with the Dynon USB stick but same problem.
Do I have to send it to your facilities for repair or il there an other way to fix it?

Does it not boot ever? Or only some of the time? If only some of the time, update to 6.2, which has a fix for a problem that can look like this. If it never boots, the we'll need to see it. In that case call our support desk at 425-402-0433 or email support at dynonavionics dot com.
