Moving map quit working after v13 sofware upgrade

After successfully upgrading my Skyview Touch EFIS to V13, my sectional maps no longer load using a flash drive updated with the latest Seattle Avionics maps. Their tech support says everything is normal using their Data Manager software. I even tried another flash drive with a new download and minimal VFR maps all to no avail. Seattle Avionics tech support has no more answers. ideas from your side? reinstall version 13 software?? Help!! :-[

When you downloaded your latest SA charts, did you check the box which indicated you were using Skyview version 13? If not, the maps will not be recognized by Skyview version 13.
Checking that box cues the downloads for a higher map resolution and faster load times.
