Hi everyone.

Got two problems bugging my SkyView EMS display (Rotax 912)...

1. Manifold pressure gauge stuck on 6.7 in HG

2. Battery voltage meter reads, "zero" even with the battery at full charge.

All other readouts OK.

Please advise...and Thanks in advance

1) Has the manifold pressure ever worked?
2) What voltage widget are we talking about? If it's the one on the EMS page, that's reading whatever it's hooked up to (or nothing if it's not actually connected). It's actually a separate input on the EMS module, so it's not just reflecting the system/bus voltage.

The manifold pressure gauge has never worked.

I am referring to the battery voltage indicator on the EMS page. Reads 'zero' all the time

That MAP reading is indicative of a mis-connected or completely grounded sensor input wire. I suspect that the MAP sensor is isn't connected properly. There are three pins, labeled A, B and C in our installation manual. If you swap the pins/wires during installation, you can end up with MAP that's either stuck high or low (I think you're seeing the latter).

The voltage measurement depends on a specific wire being hooked up - usually pins 1 on the EMS D37 connector - to the place you want to measure the battery voltage from. If it's not hooked up, it will read 0. That's probably what's happening here.
