My Sierra 2002 RG light plane, bought from Tecnam, Italy, in 2009, has two EFIS-D100 installed. The two units worked  normally  until a couple of months ago, when the one on the left started to show an erratic behavior at start up. Sometimes it lights on normally, but most of the time the display remains all black. To be more precise,  the Dynon logo shows up for instants very dimly and then vanishes, the screen then remaining black. The unit on the right starts up normally all the time. Pressing the far left button is of no use.
Any hint on what is wrong? Any suggestions of checks that I could make? If the unit needs repair, any recommendations as to knowledgeable people near Lisbon, Portugal? :-/
Thanks

Are these two units networked together with DSAB? Do you have an HS34 or AP74 in your system networked with these two units?

Suggest you give our Tech Support department a call (425-402-0433) or email (support@dynonavionics.com).

The only place for Dynon Avionics units to be repaired is the Dynon Avionics factory in Woodinville (Seattle) Washington, USA.
