Hello, both my EFIS D100 and EMS120 are experiencing issues. The EFIS D100 can start up normally, but when turned off and then turned on again, it shows a black screen. The only way to turn it on is to unplug the internal battery and plug it back in. The battery itself is not the issue and discharges normally. EMS120 keeps rebooting and displaying blue screen after turning on. I really want to send it back to the manufacturer for repair, but I'm in China. If I send it back to the manufacturer and then back to China, the customs duties will exceed the value of the machine itself. Has anyone encountered a similar problem? I'm trying to repair it myself.

After several days of work, EMS120 has been fixed. It was a capacitor failure that caused constant restarts and blue screens. However, there has been no progress on EFIS100. The fault is very strange - if I shut down within 30 seconds after powering off, it can be turned on again when powered on next time. But if I wait until it shuts down automatically after 30 seconds, it won't respond when powered on next time. I found that there is a voltage of 2.2V on the circuit after it shuts down automatically, but I haven't figured out where it comes from.

The battery is definitely not a problem. It has a fully charged voltage of 16.4v, and the discharge test can work for two hours. If there are schematics, it should be possible to fix it.
