Hi:
I have talked to Ron and Nick about this several times over the passed two years. Simply put, I have a GNS 530/430. I really do not want to dupilcate another screen showing this kind of info. I am interested in another identical EFIS 10A that has the capability of showing a vertical heading. Something on the order of a HSI. Perhaps some RMI needles or display the cross hairs for an ILS. Being the same as the EFIS 10A unit, a junction box could be installed so that if either screen failed you could revert to the other unit and switch displays back in forth. Is there anyone else out there that would be interested in this? I know BMA has there EFIS Lite to show either a PFD or rolling map with heading, but this might bump up the cost too much. With XM radio, there will be plenty of PC tablets that will have multiple displays of weather, mapping, a terrian avoidance. So I was hopping for something simple.
