Network sees nothing but HDX display

I recently had a new panel built by a respected 3rd party Avionics shop. I only needed to connect two cables when I received the panel but on power up the only thing seen on the network is the HDX display. The A/P servos and the ADSB 472 are not yet connected so they naturally show up as red on the network status page. The A/P panel, the Knob Panel and the ARINC 429 ARE connected yet they also show up as red on the status page as "offline". They each have a slow flashing red light indicating they are getting power but are not on the network. I have checked and double checked the connections and the cabling is done exactly as the Skyview Network schematic shows. The Avionics shop says to check the connections but I have done that numerous times. Could there be a cabling problem that would cause this? If not what else can I check to trouble shoot this and get it up and running?

So first try a network configuration. If everything goes away, then it's likely a wiring issue with the SkyView Network connections. I'd probably start by looking at all of the D9 connections and see if similar pins have continuity throughout.

I was thinking I might have to do the continuity check on all the pins but the problem was solved by pulling the split cable for the A/P from the Skyview display. The A/P/ is not yet installed so the other end of the cables are not yet finished. That was apparently shorting a wire somewhere and preventing everything else from being seen on the network. Did another configuration and all installed items are seen. Sometimes a simple solution is the best. :)
