Newbie with D100 and 120 issues?

Hi Guys

New to this site, Hi to All

I am in SA, and am looking at at Savannah, with a D100 and A D120.

The ac hasnt flown for about 8 Months, but battery has been charged, and started easily.

When I swithed the instruments on 2 evenings ago, no probs, both screens showed normal. Today when I wanted to fly the plane, the D120 came on, but the D100 wouldnt come on, although it did come on for about a minute, but went off again.
The D120 screen is VERY dim - cant read it outside at all, tried to adjust the brightness level, but still too dim, even at full brightness, and it showed a message Autodim not available.

Any help much appreciated.

LM - Sorry we missed your post from a couple of weeks ago.

Autodimming is only available when you have an HS34 or AP74, as those have light sensors. If you don't have either of those, then you're seeing the right message.

As for the other issues, are you still having them? When you brighten and dim the D120, does the display go on and off every other dim step? Or does it dim continuously?
