No associated app for downloading obstacles......

Anyone had this problem? No associated app or needs linking. Never had this problem before, it is my desktop problem. I can get the data using my laptop, real slow. I expect the app needed is a.duc of some sort. Any help would be appreciated. Dan

Are you trying to download on a iPad or something? The only way I know to download monthly updates is to a desktop machine.
