No chart selected

I have read the manual and looked for any other postings related here, without any lucky. I wish I could see the airport diagram while on the ground (minimally when landing at a new airport). I have the Airmate charts load in my USB and the stick is connect to my HDX. When landing, I push the right button for some time - according to the instructions, this is the procedure to load the airport diagram with geo-reference. However, the only thing I keep getting is the message "No chart selected".

Any ideas of what I may be doing wrong?

Auto display Airport diagram

With the HDX screen, is it possible to have an airport diagram automatically pop up on landing? If so, is there a setting somewhere for that. I have not found one.

I have seen that posting. Not the same thing. In my case, I don’t see 2 diagrams.

I believe Airmate doesn't include airport diagrams for all airports. Is it possible you're trying to pull up an airport diagram that Airmate does not include?

Does it appear in the databases list? If this is a dual screen setup, is the file on both USB drives?
