No Hi-Res Terrain

From first flight 6months ago I have had a caution or warning displayed which I have until now ignored but I would like to find out how to either eliminate it or find out what it means:-'No Hi-Res Terrain'?
I am sure there is a simple answer but having searched in Map info/data and also the manual I just can't find the solution.
As usual all answers/ideas appreciated.

Can you try to reload the your correct regional high resolution terrain file again?

There should be three terrain databases on your system, as shown in SETUP MENU > LOCAL DISPLAY SETUP > INSTALLED DATABASES: very low res, low res, and high res for the region of the world you're in. If you don't have high res, or it's not the right region (most displays ship with North American terrain), you can download them at http://www.dynonavionics.com/basemap-terrain-data.php.

Thanks for the help folks. I will have a look and see what I currently have. I am in the UK.
