No Valid DB License

I just finished installing HDX Trade up from Classic unit. Uploaded files from Classic to HDX as per instruction. When I try to upload Pocket fms AV and OB data files I get the following message "no valid db license". Thinking the license needs to be transferred from "Classic" to "HDX" but not sure. Haven't seen any instruction to do so. I'm in Canada if that makes any difference. Doesn't anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

I think I found my answer. It looks like I have to get Pocket FMS to update my subscription with the new serial number.

Yeah, that's exactly it. The subscription is linked to a particular unit, so they need the new serial number.
