not showing alert airspace in terrain mode

I might be wrong but I thought earlier versions displayed alert airspace in the terrain mode. I fly over one frequently. It will display the alert airspace in the panning mode but when I center the curser to my airplane it goes away. I have the most current ver. software.

It should show them in any non-enroute charts view at a zoom level that its set to show up at. However, it might not appear in all zoom levels. Check MAP MENU > MAP ITEMS. My most likely explanation is that when you're comparing those two views you're looking at just above and below the two zoom thresholds. Or there could be a small bug here. Or I'm misremembering a subdle behavior.

I have the airspace limit for alert airspace set at 50 sm and my map zoom set at 12 sm and I don't see the alert airspace marking.
