You can definitely T the pitot/static/AOA connections.
Caution: There are some inexpensive white plastic tubing connectors being used on some people's installations. They are prone to leaking, and may leak later if they don't leak today. Recommended fittings are like
the ones Stein offers.
You can use one probe - the data will be communicated on the DSAB. You will lose TAS and OAT if the unit to which the probe is connected dies, but that is not a safety of flight item - save your pennies.
