I have one of your older OAT sensors that is shielded 3-wire, but the ADAHRS only accepts 2-wires. Which of the two wires from the thermocouple should I connect to the ADAHRS connector, and does polarity matter?

I just searched oat to ADAHRS & found this from Dynon "The EDC-D10A OAT is not identical to the SV-OAT-340, but it can be made to work.

Because of the connector on the SV-OAT-340 that connects to the ADAHRS, you'll have to scavenge the plug / pins / wire to make the connection.

On the EDC-D10A's OAT, connect the Blue and Yellow wires to the SV-OAT-340's white w/black stripe wires. It doesn't matter which wire goes to which side of the connector." ;D

Yep, that's right. That'll be in the next revision of the install guide, too.
