OAT

I need a little help with what I have done wrong.  The OAT is spot on setting in the shop at 68 degrees F.  When I take the aircraft out side in the -2 degree F the OAT trickles down as expected and stops well short of actual air temp.  This may be a non-issue for those in AZ, as I don’t seam to be smart enough to travel south for the winter can anyone give me advise?

Noel,
You most likely have an EDC that is covered by a service bulletin. You either need to open it up and clip off a component, or you need to send the EDC back to us.
