I understand that in a dual D-10A set up I need a separate EDC-D10A for each D-10A. If I already have an OAT sensor can I can I use that one sensor to provide OAT to both EDC-10A's ?

You can by splitting just the yellow wire and hooking it to the second EDC like you did to the first. Power comes from the original EDC. Realize, though, that when connected this way, if either EFIS is shut off, the OAT may read incorrectly.
