oil pressure off

My oil pressure now reads 9 psi when the aircraft is off. Do I need a new sender or use some sort of offset

That does sound like the sensor is on its way out. There is no way to enter an offset (and it's probably not an offset, but the mechanical properties of the sensor causing it to stick short of zero)
