I am installing the sensor wires on my dynon supplied oil pressure sending unit. Its mounted on my tmxio20, on the oil filter adapter. My question is..... how tight do you tighten in? I know you need to buy a gasket from acs. Have done that.

Also, when installing the wires, there are 4 seperate washers on the post. I assume the cork/fiber gasket then the ring connector, then the rest of the washer and the nut. Correct?

LAST...ya i know...for some reason this is a hold up...... when I turn the the nut to "firm"it up the whole sensor turns in the block? Something is odd here...just trying to figure this out and cant find any simple instructions for torque, washer order, etc. HELP. Thanks.

Yes, the signal wire should go on top of the phenolic fiber gasket.

Check out the bottom a page 6 / top of page 7 of this for a little more of a detailed description of the temperature sensor installation: http://www.bandc.biz/pdfs/FK505-xx%20Rev%20C.pdf
