OS 13 did not instal

today i tried to load new os 13 and DB. i loaded on first screen (left) and seemed ok. tried on RHS and was not able to instal properly. no AP nor XPDR, etc. frustrated and CX'd flite. seems like firmware problem(?) attached are screen shots.

my a/c is 2012 Remos S-LSA and came from factory with (2) 7" screens. started with os 6.4 have had no problems with updates until now

1.5 yrs ago i had skyview ADSB-in module installed w/o problem. otherwise no hardware mods.

what to do? download again & re-install?

You need to apply the software to both displays separately. Once you update the other screen (serial 2715 - the one in red) everything should sync up again.

when downloading update to my thumb drive i took the drive out before the download was complete (i switched to macbook from win laptop and it's different) i reloaded update using a windows laptop and 13.0.03 installed without a hitch. so the screwup was all on me.
