Percent Power

What is the best way to set up percent power?

I have a modified Lycoming TIO540 and I do not really know how much power it produces... I do know how much fuel it burns in PPH at takeoff power so can I use that to estimate the engine power?

If so what is the next step?

Well, as you found out, we don't support turbos. If you have a highly modified engine, the only way to test it is on a test stand.

You need to measure how much HP it has and then find the various points that produce that power. You can't estimate from fuel burn since your run rich at takeoff and the whole point is that you're just throwing excess fuel at the problem.
