Pilot audio very weak

The Skyview radio and intercom have been working great until recently. The pilot headset audio is very weak but the co-pilot audio is loud and clear. If I turn off the intercom, then the radio is much louder but not completely clear. With intercom on everything through pilot audio jack is weak, annunciations, sidetone, radio. Same with multiple headsets. Any ideas where to start troubleshooting this?

I figured it out. The ground to the pilot phone jack had broken. It is still a mystery to me why the radio audio would come through loud with the intercom turned off but not while on. I sure thought it was something inside the intercom. I tried shorting the housing of the mic jack to the phone jack and everything was loud and clear pointing to the ground problem.
