Pitot/AOA pressure range

For the Dynon pitot/AOA, is there a table or formula that describes the pressure differential between the pitot and the AOA line for various speeds and angles? What range of pressure differentials may I expect?

They are different for every airplane, which is why we calibrate for every plane.

You need a pressure sensor that is as accurate as airspeed, meaning 0.01 PSI to about 2PSI, with at least 0.001PSI resolution.
