Power down/ADAHRS bug?

Configuration: Single SV-D1000, 7.0 firmware, single ADAHRS, EMS, dual A/P servos, SV GPS.
Externals: On ground (hangar), powered from Master bus, with battery charger on-line. Routine systems ops check, including activating all electrical switches.
Problem: SV message "Cross Check Attitude" pops up. System powered down with Master switch. SV message "Powering Off in 30 seconds, alternating with another message (to quick to read). System does not power down unless 1 key held down.

It's not powering down because it thinks you are in flight. It's also why you are getting a cross-check attitude error.

Two reasons this could happen:

1) You have a Garmin GTN or GNS in the plane and it's on the test page. The GPS sends out 150 knots on this page, which makes us think you are in flight.

2) Your displayed AHRS is reading a non-zero speed. First, check for blocked, kinked, or mis-routed pressure lines. If none are found, disconnect all the lines from the AHRS. If that doesn't fix it, do a zero airspeed cal. If that doesn't fix it, you have a broken AHRS.

This has only happened once, and is functioning normally after a power cycle.  I don't have a GTN or GNS in my system and the system was indicating zero airspeed.  I have flown subsequently without problems.

I will watch for this again and report back.  I have now upgraded to 7.1.

This happened to me once in my plane after a flight in the rain, and I had water in my pitot causing pressure to remain, so there is a chance you had an issue like that.

No, The aircraft hasn't flown in precipitation and the reboot worked just fine.  Today, however, another incident occured... I powered up the SV using the master bus to demonstrate what happens in the aircraft if the power fails... and when I powered down, the SV went black.

I rebooted and checked the battery voltage... 12.09 volts, so that was OK and the power down cycle went normally, with the 30 second delay.

None of this has happened in flight, just on the ground.

I did notice, however, that when I first powered on the SV for the demo, it took a long time to boot up and the Dynon logo went rainbow colored for a couple of seconds, then booted up normally.
