problem during an upgrade

soory but my english is not very well.

I have a problem with my Dynon Efis 10A, The upgrade never finish and since this time when I power up my Efis, the Dynon logo appears on then of continualy.

This unit will need to come back here for repair. I've opened up RMA
#3185 so that you can send it in for repair.

Please send the unit to us at:

Dynon Avionics

Please label the box you send with "RMA 3185".

Additionally, please send an email that referneces "RMA 3185" to support@dynonavionics.com with your:
- return shipping address
- phone number

Additionally, if you own an EDC-D10A remote compass, note that you may
opt to send it in with the unit. If you do, we will also update its
firmware to match the latest EFIS firmware version. If you do not send
the EDC-D10A in, you will need to again load the latest firmware to
you EFIS with the EDC-D10A connected to update its firmware once you
have your repaired and updated EFIS back in your possession.
