Problems to hold the target altitude.

Hi,
I have problems with my target altitude, because the AP, can´t hold it. I select an altitude, and the HSI+ALT or the TRK+ALT, but the plane begins to climb, and in about 5-10 seconds, begins to fall down. It climb 200 ft, but after descends 300 ft.
The Pitch torque is 100%, and sensitivity is in 20.
SkyView + AP, installed in a Tecnam P-2002.

I too am having a similar issue. I am flying an RV12 with the Skyview. I have read some other posts where an adjustment guide is referred to. Is this in the operator guide?
