I'm working up a custom servo installation and need to make pushrods. Thank you to Dynon for publishing the specs of your aluminum tube. Have you also published the specs of your rod end bearing? Is the oversized 1/4-28 thread chosen over a more readily available 10-32 because the strength is required? It seems like a big, heavy rod end, far bigger and heavier than the ones that are already used elsewhere in my control system.
This is thee closest match to the Dynon-supplied rod that I have been able to find so far:

The photo looks a little different, but sometimes the photos on a big site like that are general.
Does Dynon sell the 100836-000 separately?

Dynon uses several different sizes of Rod Ends, the two most common both have 1/4-28 threads, one has a 1/4" diameter through hole the other has a 3/16" diameter through hole. The most common of the two is the 3/16" diameter. This is similar to an Aurora Bearing part number GMM-3M-470 and available through Aircraft Spruce.

As always you are the builder should decide what works best for your particular installation.
