Question: I have a Skyview Classic Touch installed. Will a used Classic “non-touch” work on the passenger side of my -12?

In addition to compatibility and coexisting together, I recall some of the earlier production panels were more “power hungry” than later ones. What if any precautions regarding purchase of a used Classic Skyview?

Yes....No problem at all.

Not so with HDX.

I've got that setup now. Touch on the left and non touch on the right. Now I'm wishing for another touch. I use the right side for full screen map and the touch works nice with the map.
