Do most people install a quick connect plug to their AP servos, or hard wire them?

I suggest you install a connector in case you ever have to remove the servo. Over the years, I've had reason to take mine out several times. I use standard DB9 connectors.

Thanks Mel
Is the DB-9 what most people are using? Does a standard DB-9 carry the current load needed. I do believe my servos have just over 2 amps at 100% load, so a 3 amp capacity should sufice?

The DB9 seems to be pretty much the standard. Dynon's AP competitor uses it, and I have used one for autopilot servos for about a thousand hours on my RV. No problem for it to handle the current requirements of the servo.
