Radio Static on Skyview X25

I'm new to Dynon. I am having a lot of static on my radio. It is so bad that while on flight following I could not understand ATC. I have an electronic ignition and magnetos. When the engine is not running, I have no static. When it is running, there is a lot of static and the range is minimal. Has anyone had this issue and have any recommendations.

What engine/ignition? If it only happens with engine inning I can 99% guarantee it is ignition or alternator.

Check p-lead shields, alternator can have issues that cause noise.

RPM dependent?
