Support guys, I think both me and my partner have posted of our AP problems here--and you guys wanted us to reset our D180 timing and then upload the results. Well, we did so and here they are. Note the random AP disconnects.

Any ideas why this is occurring?

When you get disconnects, do you get any alerts or annunciations at all?

From that log, I'm not seeing any obvious problems. But one thing that isn't annunciated in the datalog is whether or not the disconnect switch is being grounded. If you're getting random disconnects, that's the first place I would look. Note that each servo does have a disconnect line, and grounding either of them momentarily will disconnect the autopilot.

Yes i get an annunciation: "autopilot disconnect". Should i disconnect the ground disconnect wires from each stick to see if tbat is the problem?

Yes, one at a time to isolate them. If that doesn't reveal anything, you can also disconnect at the servo end, one at a time, to further track down where the erroneous grounding is happening.
