Plenty of people are using the 201B's that we sell with 540's. As you point out, when you have a fuel pump, it doesn't matter all that much. The pressure drop on a 201B is spec'd at 1.2 PSI at 30 GPH and 4.8 PSI at 60 GPH.

If you do wish to use a larger sender, any Floscan will work with our EMS units, so you could use another one. We only sell the 201B.
