The offset does not make a difference. Air does not flow in a pitot. The air's velocity is converted to pressure right at the inlet of the pitot, and all that is in the rest of the system is pressure without flow. So you don't need to make any adjustments and it will work perfectly fine and accurately as a pitot.

We'll look into our phone system and see what's up. Thanks for the information.

Got a call-back from Dynon and it was a phone issue which has been resolved.

Problem has also been resolved.
