Red cube position

I am building an RV9A with a 0320 engine.
I have yet to mount the engine but have completed the fuel system to the gasculator mounted on the firewall on the forward side.
Can you tell me what options there are for positioning the red cube. I would prefer to install it after the engine fuel pump if possible.

I usually install them after the mechanical pump but anywhere after the tap will work fine - your option

Per http://www.buy-ei.com/Information/Info%20-%20FT160.pdf, there aren't very many restrictions on actual placement in the line relative to other devices. It is important that a filter is upstream of the sensor though to protect it against debris contamination.
