Removing the panel retaining screw

I need to replace the D180 FlightDek back up battery, but I can't find anywhere a note that confirms the allen key size for the front panel accessed screw, I heard it "might be" 7/16th but unless my set is duff that doesn't work. Need to remove panel to replace the battery I believe..gregdoyle1
