rename general purpose temperature indicator

I´d like to use one of the GP temp indicators to show "spar temperature" due to a requirement for composite aircraft.
How can I put the new name in?

Yes, you can put "SPAR" in if want.
You need to use our OAT probe as the physical temperature sensor.

Alternatively, there is an GP thermocouple input that can take a type J or K thermocouple that can also be renamed to whatever you like (this is separate from the 3 normal GP inputs).
