Resistor in Dynon Pressure Transducer package

I just purchased two of the newly available 0-150 psi Dynon pressure transducers, (Dynon item number 105492-002) and they each came with a small resistor. What are these for, and where in the wiring should they be attached?

It's for the D10/D100, not the Skyview. It's mentioned several places in the installation manual, chapter 7.
