Hello
i am a little bit disappointed with the response or better " no response"  to my order and my emails last week.
I hope that the performance of the D-10 will satisfy me again.  :'(

Hello,

I'm sorry you haven't received a response. What email address have you been sending your questions to? We make every effort to quickly reply to emails and inquiries. It sounds like you've placed an order and haven't received any response since; is this correct? Have you sent emails since that time that have not been responded to? If you'd like, you're welcome to reply here, or private message us at:

We're more than happy to give you any information you need about your order.

Hello,

I just talked to our receptionist and she's tried emailing you 3 times in the last week. Her messages got rejected by your server each time. I looked at the log of the rejected message, and it looks like your ISP rejected the email based on our IP address. I'm not sure why our IP shows up in their list to block; I'm pursuing it with them. In the meantime, you're welcome to send us a private message or call us at 425-402-0433 to find out what you need.

I apologize for the inconvenience.

I placed an order for an EMS 3-21-05 while on the road by cel phone.  I thought I was getting the carburated Lycoming 4 cylinder package.  Today the EMS D10 arrived without sensors or wiring harness.  I will need all the sensors and wiring harnesses to have a complete system.  This will be my only engine instruments and the D-10A EFIS will be my only flight instruments in my Glastar.

Arnie,
Sorry for the miscommunication. We'll check your order tomorrow and contact you to get you the sensors that you need.
