Right rotating button is going wrong!

I received my SV-1000 few days ago. Already installed on my plane, it works nearly perfectly.
Only nearly, because I think I have a problem on the right rotating button.
On the left one, when I turn it left, values are decreasing, when I turn it right, values are increasing.
But on the right rotating button, whatever direction I turn it, the values are always increasing.
I have to layout my screens to use always the left button. It is not really usefull...

Any idea for that issue?

Try pushing the knob up a couple of clicks and then rotating. If the problem goes away and then comes back, or doesn't go away, call Dynon. It might need the knob replaced.

I've just tried again several tips to be sure, but it's seem to be bad like you write.
