As per a phone call with one of your tech reps on Friday, I was given an RMA # , to return my EMS for repair. (It would not accept the latest update version.) I was told I would get an e-mail with the confirmation to our conversation. On Friday I mailed the EMS with the RMA # posted both inside ( with my name and address) and outside as requested. I have yet to recieve a confirmation e-mail. Hopefully all will be OK , as I did not get the tech support's name (sorry)?
