RMA?

I've tried everything to upgrade my D10 EFIS software to match the EMS D10. Bought a cable, not yours, loaded the software, loaded your software and tried and tried. Your system doesn't recognize anything. Tried it all on an old laptop with older windows - no joy. So I must remove and return both to you for upgrades so they finally talk to each other, as they never have. Where do I send them and do I need an RMA?
