My EMS system is just a bit flaky. Very occasionally I will have the oil pressure jump around erratically. I've also noticed the fuel pressure to jump high occasionally. I don't know if they always occur together. On the last flight after landing and at idle both were acting up and I managed to get a video. Normally the oil pressure is rock steady and the fuel pressure in the middle of the green. I suspect neither is a bad transducer. Any suggestions? Is there commonality associated with these two readings?

I don't have Rotax diagrams, but for a Lycoming, the oil pressure, fuel pressure and manifold pressure all share the same 5 volt source and ground from the EMS, pins 18 and 17 of the sensor harness. Might be the same in your installation.

My oil pressure was jumpy, too. I suspected a loose connection, and sure enough it was! I secured the connector with some wire. On my 912ULS, the connection was underneath the oil filter.
