I am installing a D120 (V5.1) with the Matronics flow controler. the controler indicated it is seeing a forward and return flow and the status light is flashing every 2 sec as it should. I do not get any GPH value on the D120. I have double checked the wiring to the controller, transducers and Dynon pins. I tried running the fuel lines into a jerry can and am getting good flow.
Any ideas?

as a follow up I by-passed the flow controler, disconnected the return transducer and just ran the fwd transducer direct to the D120 and it worked. I guess I have to try Matronics next.

The problem turned out to be the pin connector on the Fuelchec flow controller. I found if I pushed hard (and wiggled) the connector it started working intermittently. The little stand-off nuts that secure the pin housing are too long, they prevent the pin housing from being fully inserted so I had only partial contact. I removed the washer from under the nut (left the lockwasher) and that allowed it to seat just enough. It works fine now.
