Runtime error

Hi,
Attempted to upgrade D100/autopilot from 5.2 to 5.3 today.

Despite taking forever to connect to the device, it eventually found the device and I can detect firmware  version and download Logged data.
However when I attempted to create a firmware backup file.....I got a runtime error (75 I think......it disappears quickly)....
I suspended operations and will download 5.3 again tonight (NZ time) and retry tomorrow.

Haven't seen any references to this before in the support forum.......anyone else experienced this?

Usually a support program restart or system reboot should fix that. If not, try uninstalling and reinstalling the support program. If that doesn't do it, give us a call.
