RV-12 Dynon Install

I have installed the AP-74 and Dynon 180 in my RV-12. Just turned on the 180 which seems to be working okay. But when I hit the panel switch for the AP all the lights on the 74 unit come on. I'm sure there must be a configuration problem, but the manuals don't mention any about this. When I go to EFIS >Setup>AP I get a message: "This set up Menue is Disabled Because EFIS Not BusMaster." What am I doing wrong?

Until you do your DSAB configuration and autopilot calibration as seen in the Installation Guide, that's normal. Have you done those things?

No, I haven't, but I figured that might be the problem. I've looked through the FlightDek-D180 Pilot's User Guide and the Installation Guide. For a none tech guy, riveting and turning bolts seems a lot less intimidating.
